Your Hormone Journey

  1. Step 1: Initial Hormone Consultation

    $175

Your initial consultation includes a personalized medical evaluation focused on your symptoms, health history, medications, treatment goals, and whether hormone therapy may be appropriate for you.

Your provider will review your individual circumstances and discuss potential treatment options.

  2. Step 2: Laboratory Evaluation

Appropriate laboratory testing may be recommended as part of your evaluation and ongoing treatment.

Laboratory testing is not included in the consultation fee.

Patients may obtain recommended testing through an outside laboratory or qualified healthcare provider and are responsible for associated laboratory costs.

  3. Step 3: Personalized Hormone Plan

If hormone therapy is clinically appropriate, your provider will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your medical history, symptoms, laboratory information when indicated, and treatment goals.

Your treatment plan may involve different formulations or routes of administration depending on your individual needs.

  4. Step 4: Hormone Medication

Medication is priced separately from the consultation.

    Medication pricing varies depending on:

    • Hormone prescribed
    • Formulation
    • Dose
    • Route of administration
    • Treatment duration
    • Pharmacy and dispensing costs

Your medication pricing will be provided after your individualized treatment plan is established.

  5. Step 5: Follow-Up & Management

    $125

Ongoing follow-up allows your provider to assess your response to treatment, review symptoms and concerns, monitor for adverse effects, review appropriate laboratory information, and determine whether adjustments to your treatment plan are appropriate.

Who May Benefit From a Hormone Consultation?

You may consider a hormone consultation if you are experiencing concerns such as:

Women

  • Perimenopause or menopause symptoms
  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Changes in menstrual cycles
  • Sleep changes
  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort
  • Changes in libido
  • Hormone-related concerns associated with menopause

Men

  • Low testosterone concerns

  • Changes in sexual function
  • Changes in energy

  • Other symptoms requiring evaluation for possible testosterone deficiency

These symptoms can have many possible causes. A medical evaluation is necessary before determining whether hormones are an appropriate treatment.

Important Information

Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone.

Treatment decisions are individualized based on medical history, symptoms, appropriate laboratory information, contraindications, risks, benefits, and current clinical guidance.

Hormone therapy may involve FDA-approved medications and, when legally and clinically appropriate, compounded preparations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products and are not evaluated by the FDA in the same manner as FDA-approved medications for safety, effectiveness, and quality.

Hormone therapy does not guarantee a particular result.
